I was in charge of a group of 15 young people with whom I went to volunteer at an old people's home. I had to make sure that they could all come, or if they couldn't, they would communicate and tell me that they couldn't. I had to get in touch with the directors of the old people's home to set the visiting hours and resolve the details. Any problem that arose, I had to solve it very quickly so that future problems would not arise.
